L4d2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the l4d2 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the l4d2 platform — whether through our website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision of this document, you are not permitted to use l4d2's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and l4d2 as the platform operator. We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be posted on this page and takes effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The l4d2 platform is intended for use only by individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
2. Account Creation and Security
To access the full range of l4d2 services, you will need to register an account by providing accurate, truthful, and complete information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. l4d2 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access is due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. L4d2 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including but not limited to valid Malaysian identification documents, as part of the account verification process.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a user of the l4d2 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia when using our services. You are not permitted to:
- Using the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Malaysian law;
- Use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the platform;
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of l4d2's systems;
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful content through the platform;
- Transferring or selling your account to another party;
- Using another person's account without valid authorisation;
- Engaging in any fraudulent activity related to deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
L4d2 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action — including suspending or closing the accounts involved without prior notice — where there is strong evidence of a breach of these terms.
4. Payment and Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the l4d2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support a range of local payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and supported bank transfers. All deposits are processed securely using SSL encryption.
Successful deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe specified, depending on your chosen payment method. l4d2 is not liable for delays caused by third parties such as financial institutions or payment processors.
For withdrawals, you may only withdraw funds to a verified Malaysian bank account held in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted. l4d2 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are between 1 and 24 hours on business days, subject to the required verification.
Any bonus or promotional credits applied to your account are subject to separate wagering requirements. Please review the relevant bonus terms before use. l4d2 reserves the right to void any bonus if there is evidence of misuse or manipulation of the promotions system.
All transactions are final and cannot be reversed once processed, except in certain circumstances that require review by our team. If you believe there is an error in your transaction, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability and Account Termination Policy
L4d2 provides its platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free of errors, or fully secure. We will make every effort to ensure optimal platform availability, but we are not liable for losses arising from technical disruptions, system maintenance, or factors beyond our control.
To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, l4d2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of opportunity, or reputational damage.
Account Suspension and Closure
L4d2 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any user's account for the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
- Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
- Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents;
- Activities that violate Malaysian law;
- A request from a competent authority.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the account balance may be held pending an investigation. The final decision regarding that balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links and Applicable Law
All content on the l4d2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and user interfaces — is the property of l4d2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written permission from l4d2.
The l4d2 platform may contain links or references to third-party services or websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. l4d2 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it shall be reinterpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
